My visit to DiscountTire in Grier South Carolina was pleasant. The staff were all professional knowledgeable. My friend and I walked next door had lunch when we returned my Jeep was waiting on us in the parking lot. My 20" Bridgestones roll great on my Cherokee and they look great too.

Checked in at 830 am to get a new set of tires. By 10:15 ( an hour and 45 minutes later) my car still sat in the same spot I drove it in. After inquiring an hour in to sitting, I couldn’t get an explanation. 45 minutes later after asking for my keys back because, I clearly wasn’t receiving service, all the attendant said was “we’ll try to do better”. What a great pick me up as I left. Not a sign of leadership anywhere. Not any follow up or can we get you in another day. Absolutely nothing!

I had the TPMS valves on my Subaru Forester replaced at the Taylors SC store in February 2026. They did this efficiently, including re-programming. I've had several sets of tires for my car and my ATV purchased and installed there. Always good service and fair prices.

The best Discount Tire location. Always get me in and out quickly and do a good job at it. Gage, Lucas, Shawn all were great today.

My front tire kept losing air. I had them to look at it in January, but they just put air in it & let it go. This time they told me the rim was bent which they couldn't fix. They recommended another place who could fix it. & they tried to sell me one tire for $800! Say WHAT?! Then they said I could get 4 tires for $900! I had them to just put air in & I took it to another tire place who fixed the rim for $150 & they said I didn't need a new tire as it was just fine. I only needed the rim fixed! Just because I'm a single 64 yr old woman doesn't mean you can take advantage of me! Nope, I hope to never do business with you people again!
