I came in yesterday just looking to get an idea of the process for buying a car that I was highly interested in. After discussing numbers with Wilson, I decided to do more research but wasn’t able to find anything comparable to their final offer. I ended up coming back today and left with a 2019 Audi Q3 S Line all thanks to Wilson! He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would recommend him to anyone that’s serious about buying a car!!

Wilson Kim was excellent to work with. He was very attentive and took the time to help both my dad and me throughout the entire process. He made sure to show me all of the cars I was interested in and answered all of our questions patiently. We really appreciated how supportive and accommodating he was while we were making such an important decision. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly appreciate everything Wilson did to help us.

On Sunday, my fiancé and I visited Certified Luxury Dealership because he was interested in trading in his car. We were greeted by Wilson Kim, and from the very beginning, he made the experience outstanding. I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my 2018 Honda CR-V, and without hesitation, he showed me several options. The first CR-V he showed was beautiful, but then he introduced me to a Honda CR-V Hybrid—and I was instantly excited. Wilson took the time to explain every feature in detail, as well as the trade-in process. I’ve purchased cars from dealerships before, but never had someone explain things so thoroughly. Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading My experience at Certified Luxury Motors was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment to test drive a vehicle. I arrived on time and stood inside the dealership for nearly 40 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. No greeting, no check-in, nothing. I eventually had to interrupt multiple salespeople in the middle of their conversations just to say I had an appointment and had been waiting. When I was finally assigned a salesperson, instead of being shown the car, I was immediately told to complete a credit pre-approval application requiring extensive personal and financial information.
