Unacceptable how was my wife was just treated. Them guys are pretty lucky it's 2025 and I am avoiding all bs. We just won't return We already stop dealing with their sales department.

Stephanie was AMAZING! So helpful & great communication through the whole process of looking at cars! 10/10 recommend her! Hisham on the other hand was extremely rude, lacked professionalism and customer service. When I told him I wasn’t interested in a condition on a car I was looking at, he said “then I have nothing for you” & stormed off. Would not go back here due to his behavior & really feeling as though he undermines women.

Went looking for a car, had something I was interested in told him I was paying cash and added 2 grand to cost of vehicle. Paper said 1300 dollar discount then added 1300 for market adjustment, then added 760 outside financing charge for paying cash. Then had the nerve to tell me that was his lowest price, I expected the doc and tax and tags but not all this unnecessary bs they added on. Then had the nerve to tell me I might aswell leave. And he'd contact me if he wanted my business. I don't remember his name but I have the paper with the pricing on it. And will NEVER do business here again. Lost a customer for life. Worst Toyota dealership I've been to.

We just purchased a Tacoma from this location for my parents. Pete, our sales guy, was super helpful and honest. He gave us a very honest deal and worked through the language barrier that my parents had. He was very attentive to their needs and found a a suitable car for them. However, this was the first time that I was not greeted by a manager (Allen Creech) during or after the purchase. Even when looking/purchasing vehicles in other states, we would always be greeted by sales associate and manager. If you are getting stationed in SJAF, and want to buy a Toyota in the area, I recommend Pete in sales. He is willing to go above and beyond to assure you get the best service. I bought a new Toyota Highlander earlier this year at Toyota of Goldsboro. The sales rep, Mr. Luis Estrada, was great to work with. He answered all my questions or found the answers very quickly. I would recommend him and Toyota of Goldsboro to any of my friends who were looking to buy a new car.
