Definitely know what they are doing! I took my truck in after repeated trips to other places and they got it fixed right. Great service and fair pricing! On 11-18-22 our bucket truck had a transmission leak at the back up sensor. They told me to bring it on up there and I did. They had the sensor in stock and fixed it on the spot. This was my second time using Certified Truck Repair and both experiences with this company have been 5 star!

Unprofessional TERRIBLY I can't explain how bad this place is, it's a sorry excuse for a mechanic shop. Keep going don't stop here. Save yourself please, the owner comment about "supply issues" but my assistant was yelled at and disrespected. That DOESN'T have anything to do with "supply issues". I was told 3 different stories from different employees there, my truck was down for 3 weeks without parts being ordered and simply no resolution to my problem. I had to get my truck towed 2 times!!! There and to another shop which was the BEST decision I made taking it away from them. They told me that my bill was going to be $4,000 and then $11,000 to fix i went to CAT DEALER AND PAID $2000 and my truck is good as new.

Very professional group of guys!!! Willing to do anything that they can to help anyone!!! Great service great atmosphere all around awesome place to get your vehicle fixed!!! Prices are awesome and the turnaround time is amazing!!! Can’t say enough for this company!!! I will continue to take all of my trucks and trailers to them!!!

If you have a CATERPILLAR, do yourself a favor take it to a certified CAT repair shop that has the capability to scan and diagnose your truck properly. She runs great now after CATERPILLAR REPAIR SHOP FIXED IT. I NEVER told this I couldn't afford repairs, I simply asked for a call if the cost would exceed $1500.
