Chad Thielen: Allstate Insurance

Allstate will bombard you with spam and robo calls for years after you cancel a policy with them. I have tried for years to get them to stop calling me! If you enjoy harassment go ahead....otherwise State Farm is a far more ethical company

As a Retired Senior, who has not had any Tickets or Accidents, in over 10 Years (TG), that my Monthly Fee is $210!

I have been working primarily with James and he is amazing at his job! He cares about his clients like they are family and strives to provide the best coverage and service. The office in general works great as a cohesive unit as anytime I speak to someone else they know exactly what’s going on and what to do. I switched to them from a recommendation and I’m thrilled I did!!

James H. (Office Manager) has been GREAT to work with. After a few nightmare experiences with incompetent/unresponsive insurance agents, finding a consummate professional to work with like James has been amazing. He is super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has been happy to explain basic insurance things without making me feel dumb, as well as provide advice on what is the most cost efficient or necessary coverages, and I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold. I definitely go to James first for ALL my insurance needs. Keep up the great work!!

I've been with these guys for 9-10 years now...excellent customer service, really know their stuff, and great rates....and personable service in an increasingly automated business world, which is nice. Anytime I have an issue, I can email James and he is "ON IT". He takes care of all my concerns/needs and I don't have to call or email repeatedly (like I do with most companies these days.) I switched over from Geico long ago, and have never regretted it.
