I just got my car back and everything seems to be running fine now which I appreciate. My issue is that I dropped it off the day prior and was told by Jeff that they would run diagnostics (which they do not charge for) and then call me with an exact quote and they would NOT do any work until I gave them the green light after I got a price. I waited about 3-4 hours the next day for them to call me, nothing. So I called them and asked if they had a price quote for me and the gentleman said they were working on it at the moment, just another 30-40 minutes. I called them 2 hours later and they informed me that all the work has been completed, your car runs fine now, and this will be your total. I get it could just be a miscommunication issue within the shop, but that was not the initial agreem

Really great experience. Jeff was very transparent and upfront. Pricing was fair and the service was timely. I hate dealing with mechanics and feel like I am getting screwed or misled. It was refreshing to not feel that way here. Thanks again!

Friendly, fast, and very fairly priced service. Hands down the best car service I’ve had in Indiana. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

They replaced the tie rods of my car, and I'm very happy with them overall. The communication was easy, and the staff members were helpful, friendly, and kind. Very reasonably priced, too! I'll come back for my future car maintenance needs.
