Paid for the wax, didn’t happen. Why they only brush one side of the vehicle I have no idea. Window mirror wipe down guy needs more motivation. This is a newer ground up location, service is deteriorating quickly. Total cost, $26!

Signage is too late, workers raised hell and we’re very rude about it. Watch out for the mouth on the little stud girl spraying the cars down before you come in. Would not recommend this place. On top of that, paid for the best wash and tipped. Left with truck half way clean.

let me tell you about the hustle they're trying to run.. they put cones out at 230-245p, but leave it looking like one lane is open. they let you finish at the pay station and the arm goes up.. then they send the loudest of the 12 tweaks who just watched you pay out to say, "we really are closed," and some other loudness. so, you'll obviously say you already paid, and they'll tell you to turn around in a tight area, go back out the entrance, to park back by the vacuums for a refund, thinking you'll damage your stuff, their stuff, someone else's, idk? then, they'll send a slightly less loud one outside to tell you, "my manager said that you haven't paid," trying to pocket a refund, of course.. so then, when you tell them, "let me pull up my bank app and show you where i paid," they're magic

Yep, Santiago and the lady assistant were the friendly faces who started my car wash process. The young lady guided my purchase by explaining the choices and Santiago helped blast off tons of Raven poop that coated my windshield. I made the error of parking under a tree along the street across from the wonderful Plaza Hotel. I saw the bird mess on the street but thought I could at least get an hour inside at the restaurant without a problem. I was wrong! The auto car wash did a splendid job after the pre-washing and I'll remember this business next time I'm in town.

I was in town and decided to try this location. I was not disappointed! They were super busy, but the staff were still very friendly and trying to help however they could. And my car came out looking great.
