If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for a tune up that had to be rescheduled due to the rain. Owner had no problem responding to reschedule the appointment. I guess because he wasn’t doing any actual work. But on the rescheduled day, he did not show up. I called numerous time from different numbers. I emailed him a few times and I got no answer or response. It’s really annoying because if I made an appointment and owner accepted it, clearly I needed the services that I didn’t receive. Now I have to find a way to get my car serviced so that I can get to work everyday. It’s not drivable which is why I opted for mobile mechanic. Whoever gave the 5 star rating must have been the owner himself or a family member because customer service and professionalism at this pl
