Do not take your vehicle here. They are dishonest, will rip you off, and they will tell you they did stuff to your vehicle that they did not do. They put (4) year and a half old tires on my car and overcharged me for them. They would not resolve the issue. Their solution was to give me a much lower grade tire for the same overcharged price.They checked filled on every box on the maintenance sheet. My radiator overflow fluid was Empty and they wrote in “filled” my brake fluid was right below minimum. Brakes were checked as good. Other fluids were low to empty also. They just haphazardly checked every box as good. I also asked for an 30,000 mile check which was ignored. Avoid this shop, they are dishonest. Hard to find honest work these days.

My car had failed emissions and I immediately called chandler west auto. I called and spoke to David. He said bring it in and we’ll take a look. I was there quick because they’re right next to the emissions place. David looked at my car, went and grabbed the mechanic Matt and Matt snapped the part that was loose back in. I was back at emissions within 15 minutes from when I called them and passed. David was super nice and helpful. I appreciate the help they both gave me. Thank you so much!!

Oh, how I wish we had found Matt years ago!! I took my car into another popular auto shop here in ahwatukee for a routine oil change and inspection this past week. This other auto shop came back to me stating that I needed 4-5 services done that would have cost me over $1600!! My boyfriend found Matt online, and he agreed to give us another opinion the very next day. After only driving my car into the service bay, Matt laughs and exclaims, "There's nothing wrong with this car!!" Not only did he save me an entire month's worth of rent, but he then took the next hour out of his clearly busy day to explain and physically show me on my car the proposed issues and why they did not need fixing! My boyfriend and I learned so much!! P.S. They have the sweetest receptionist!!
