Dany of Chapin Auto Glass was outstanding to deal with in replacing my windshield, which was cracked by ice in the recent storm. He was exceptionally responsive and informative and helped find the best option for me. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions right away. The technicians came right on time and worked efficiently to install the new windshield, even though working conditions were cold and difficult on my partially frozen driveway. Amazing service all around. We had a window broken on an early 2000 BMW during the big snow storm. The glass is somewhat rare and the storm was creating a lot of logistics issues. Dany was great at keeping me up to date and working to get the window fixed as soon as possible. Even though the logistics weren’t any fault of theirs, they still gave me a discount for it taking longer than normal. Outstanding customer service and the install job was top notch. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I drive a VW Tiguan and shattered my sunroof, not a piece of glass anyone has on hand. Dany gave me an estimated date of install but kept in regular contact about progress and shipping updates. The technician who came out was wonderful. All around great experience for having to fix a pretty painful mistake.
