Chapman Ford of Horsham Parts

Very rude at the parts department. Website says they are open till 6pm. I showed up at 5:45 pm. Guy was helping another customer inside but the door was locked. The other customer almost let me in but I heard the guy tell him not to. He eventually let me in and told me in a rude tone that he's closed. "I close at 5 everyday bro." Well your website says six. Said he would not be willing to turn on the computer and help me find a part I needed. Very rude, I guess that's why your at the parts counter instead of sales....

Chris Rowe and Reuben Guntipally were the best! Their customer service was top notch. As Chris said, I was a hard negotiator but he took it all with a smile. I would love to work with them again.

Great service and friendly people. I just had my car inspected and had a few warranty items taken care of. They were courteous and very expedient.

I had an exceptional time. Wendy is a great advisor and the rest of the department is wonderful as well. The technician Ray was great too and sent a video that was perfect.

They don't care, they don't work with you, wasted my time wanting for numbers on the car I wanted and at the end all they said is "these are the number, there's nothing we can do for you". Worst experience ever!!
