Chapman Jeep

My husband and I first purchased a vehicle from Chapman Jeep in 2019 (actually, we leased it, which lead to purchase in 2022). We had a positive sales experience both of those times and the maintenance visits have been outstanding. December 12th, we learned we were going to be down a car and knew that we would need a new one/newer one. While hubby had no intention of purchasing from the first car lot we looked at, I wanted us both to start at Chapman because of our previous experience with both the Sales team and the Service team. Let me tell you, Joe Lombard did not disappoint us in any way. From the moment he greeted us until we walked out with our new purchase he was personable, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and great to get to know. He listened to both of our wants and needs in wha
