This is a great carwash! The app is easy to use, the wash pass price is reasonable, and they are open 24/7. Customer service is also 10/10 - very helpful and quick to respond!

I’ve had a monthly wash pass at Chardon Auto Spa for about a year now. It’s next to Starbucks so I try to wash my car a few times a week on coffee runs. I generally stick to the automatic car wash. While I’m not a car wash expert, this place seems great? It’s always clean, it’s “touchless,” and if there’s a line it moves fast enough to avoid any inconvenience. I usually bring my small car but occasionally I drive my F250 Quad Cab through and it fits with the mirrors folded in and the bed cover folded up. I really appreciate that this is one you just drive into and park while the machine moves around your car, as opposed to the older, clunkier ones that move your car along a track. Paid $16 for a $10 quick 2 minute wash. Not happy with the outcome. Also the dryer counts down from 60 seconds but shuts off at 10 seconds. First and last time we use this place. Truck is still dirty ridiculous!! I would ask for my money back if I could.

I frequently go to this car wash. Highly recommend. It is very well taken care of and clean. The owner is quick to resolve any issues that may happen and takes pride in the business. Definitely a 5 star for me. 😁

The top wash option left a greasy film all over my truck. It took almost an hour to rewash and wipe it all off. It was streaky and super hard to remove.
