I was initially hopeful that Chariot would repair my car properly, given their reviews, but I was sorely mistaken. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. The owners consistently lie and mislead you, and you can expect the repair to take far longer than they promise. You can also expect the repair they do to be subpar and inadequate. They thought it was appropriate to deliver my car with visible shards of glass all over the seat and didn't see an issue with it. Makes you think, if they were willing to do this what else did they cut corners on. I had to bring my car back multiple times for repairs on issues they failed to fix correctly in the first place. To make matters worse, you'll end up returning yet again for things they damaged while attempting to "fix" the car.

Best of the class, Joe and Mike are very friendly people and extremely professional. No over promises, and their work and repair is timely and top of the line, highly recommend!
