Village Automotive Center

Richard, Mark and the team at Village Automotive Center were our champions. While we were traveling, we blew a transmission line and were stranded. They have been wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and the entire staff is friendly. The repairs were made in very appropriate time, even for a Friday. I thank them and would recommend them in any situation.

Unprofessional staff, and they returned my car without the full repairs and brushed off my concerns. No accountability was taken.

I was in a complete jam with a flat tire today. I contacted the shop and Rich invited me right in. Not only was Rich a very nice guy he personally drove and picked up a tire for me. It was immediately installed and i was back on the road. Excellent service and I can’t say enough good things about Rich and the rest of the guys there. I rarely post reviews but I highly recommend Rich for any of your auto needs

I made a morning appointment to have my car inspected and was told I needed to drop it off for the entire day. I took an Uber into town while I waited and was not called until 30 minutes before they closed. On this call I was told my vehicle didn't pass inspection because I needed 4 tie rods replaced. They were apparently "really loose and my tires could fall off if I don't have it fixed" and gave me an estimate of over $1000. I immediately knew something wasn't right because I had just had the tires done by tire specialists a month ago. I brought it back to the place I had the tires done and had them give me a second opinion. And wouldn't you know it, there was absolutely no play in my tie rods whatsoever.
