Had a transmission leak and needed to get my car towed to the dealer - called and got my car picked up in about 20 minutes. Totally reasonable price, driver was a great guy and the whole process was super easy. Would recommend

I have to start off by saying I’m 44 years old and have NEVER left a review on a company, good or bad. My radiator cracked, car smoking and dead car in the middle of winter. Needed to get my car towed to my mechanic from Vernon to East Hampton. Called 10, yes 10 towing companies from 5-8pm, still in the cold in my dead car……. and no one could help! I called Charlie’s, in Manchester and spoke to Dan. He explained that he had a car rolled over that he had to Flip over and tow first before he could come to me. Called me back and told me it was going to be about an hour to see if I can find somebody that could come sooner. After calling 10 towing companies and nobody could help. I called Dan back. Just had Charlies come tow my Mini Cooper the day before I was supposed to leave on vacation! They definitely came to the rescue. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These guys were amazing. fast and reliable. My car slipped on ice and was stuck in a ditch as well as was stuck over a Gaurd rail post. They did an amazing job of getting it removed. Not only did they get it removed but they showed up 20 mins after I called them. I can’t thank you guys enough. For those comments I saw saying their customer service isn’t great. They did everything I needed from them. They were upfront honest and fair from the start. Truly can’t thank them enough. I didn’t forget about my promise to bring a cash tip and coffee for you guys! Just need to get my car back!
