Charter Senior Living of Hobbs Station

My Dad, who has alzheimer's, stayed at this facility initially for a 60-day respite stay and we extended his stay for a few months. First of all, let me say that the staff was very compassionate and kind to him during his stay. This is a newer facility and there were some communication challenges along the way, but LaShelle, the executive director, was very helpful in getting most of these resolved. Seems like there were a lot of staffing changes during my Dad's stay, but this is to be expected with a newer facility. This facility does not offer long-term care which is why we transitioned my Dad to a different facility, one that will be able to meet his long term care needs as the disease progresses.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mom receives at Charter Senior Living of Hobbs Station in memory care. The facility truly stands out for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff's dedication to enhancing the quality of life for residents is evident every day. I would like to specifically commend LaShelle, Aleem, and Jennifer for their outstanding contributions: LaShelle consistently demonstrates a caring nature and excellent attitude. Her leadership of this facility is quite evident throughout all my interactions with staff. Fatima brings a compassionate and attentive approach to her role. My mother is a resident in the memory care unit and I am very pleased with the care she receives. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Fatima is one of my favorites and it’s always so nice to see Jasmine’s smiling face when I arrive!

This senior community is absolutely beautiful! Photos truly don’t capture how special it is—you really need to tour in person. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The care they provide consistently goes above and beyond.
