I got a 2014 Buick encore and ever since I gotten it from them, it has been issue after issue with the car. The car needed an alignment, the side mirror feel off and was hanging on by a wire, there was broken hoses and parts all underneath the hood, the car is supposed to go 31.2 mpg and it goes 10.

I got a car from them a two to three months ago and while yes it was easy to get / was cheap there has been nothing but issues with the car since I got it they clearly don’t look the cars over well enough and had me driving it with something dangerously wrong with it that would have hurt me / a lot of people if said issue broke not to mention the several other issues that are more than likely gonna cost me hundreds of dollars to fix and from the second I got it every week a new issue with the car has happened and you guys would be better off going else where to get a car especially if you are a first time car owner/new driver and let me just say the mechanics they have working there don’t know what they are doing at all save your money go somewhere els

This company has nerve enough to state that they support the troops, but when you discharge from the military, they no longer acknowledge you as a military personnel or even the fact that you served. The only way to get any benefits from this company is if you are actively in the military, but when you get out, you're on your own. I am a 7-year United States army vet that served in Bosnia and two other places and was told that because was discharged and no longer an active service that the benefits awarded to me if I was in. It has taken me 20 years but I finally received my full and total disability from the military .The service are no longer available, as if I didn't really serve. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Scam dealership. Price listed as 16,900. This price listed DID NOT say cash price. The listing actually included financing information regarding low or bad credit. He added 1,000 to price because “bank required it” due to lower credit making the sale price 17,900. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Banks get their money by increasing interest… which on this vehicle was 14%. Added a $2100 warranty. When asked to remove, he said the warranty was MANDATORY. What?! Making the total price $20,000 prior to any fees, title, taxes. Will be reporting this dealership to the FTC. I would never send anyone to this dealership. He preys on people who have bad credit and takes advantage of them. Please, please read all paperwork before you sign anything!
