First time having to take my car in for repairs through insurance and they were great! Explained everything and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. It was way easier than I expected it to be. They did a fantastic job!

brought my car yesterday for an oil change when i called to schedule and appointment i only asked for an oil change. when im checking my car in they said we have you for an oil change and tire rotation. i said tire rotation? the lady said it was on the schedule so i assumed it was routine with the “lifetime” of oil changes they offered when i purchased my car. she also offered a car wash and i said sure. my appointment was at 4pm. i got a text at 6:07 saying my car was ready to be picked up and a voicemail at around 6:12p saying that if i wanted my car i needed to reply as they were closed at 6. you can imagine my surprise also when they’re asking for payment for a service that i was under the impression was free. i don’t mind paying 26$ for the tire rotation however i don’t appreciate ran

We were on a road trip and our car had the maintenance required signal on. Thanks to Chatham Parkway services, we are all set within 40 minutes. Very efficient!
