Chauncy Lake by Del Webb- 55+ Retirement Community

I love my Pulte home. It has quality workmanship and is centrally located---close to shopping, dining, medical resources and the library. There are lots of activities offered in the clubhouse including a gym.

One year later and I still love living at Del Webb's Chauncy Lake community! Everyone is so friendly and kind, the amenities and surrounding lake and property are perfect, and the location is outstanding. This community should be considered by anyone who's downsizing, retiring, or just wants to live without the hassles of house and yard maintenance. Great place!

This community area is beautiful and accessible to everything you can imagine. Plenty of areas for adventures to walk your dog (s). Plenty of people to make great friends. A wonderful life from downsizing from a large home.

I moved here about 10 months ago and simply just love the people here. I never expected The kindness and helpfulness of all my neighbors. It surely is a blessing to know so many good people. On top of this I have a beautiful home! My apartment has two bedrooms and it faces a beautiful green courtyard. My dog and I walk around about four or five times a day meeting others and getting great exercise. Initially, I was fearful that the sidewalk and paths would be icy during the winter. Snow removal was great and I didn’t slip once walking my dog.. Our clubhouse is wonderful and it hosts many clubs and parties for the community. There’s only one problem - although the sales office told me I could rent a room for a party with my family. It turns out that besides the regular fees an additional fe

I have just started to move some things to my condo since I just closed this past week. I have a lot of stuff but there is so much room there and the closets!!! My brother-in-law said that the unit is so bright and cheery and there is a very nice view from the deck.
