Honda Westborough Service Department

Took in my 2024 Honda Prologue for a routine 7500 mile tire rotation. Kole Hiser was very friendly and helpful to deal with. The problem started when I got the car back. Turning right out of parking lot the front axle started to make clicking noises. Tested with multiple turns inside parking lot and clicking noises were heard on both right and left turn. Took the car back to dealership and Kole confirmed the clicks but said this is known issue with prologues with no known fix. There are multiple threads regarding this issue where Honda has replaced the axle cv joints.

Review for service appt on 9/4/25 Had an appointment for oil change and sticker. Even with appointment it was 2 1/2 hours. I felt Kole wanted me to not get a sticker because it was busy also. Not the service I had received in the past. I ended up having a nail in my tire, they asked me if I wanted it plugged and I said yes. After looking at the bill I was charged 24.95 for authorizing the plug AND an additional 24.95 to plug the tire. I’m on hold after 20 min still trying to find out why I was double charged. I’m disappointed in the service I received yesterday when I had an appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours and was charged twice to get a tire plugged. Everything went well at Herb Chambers Honda. I brought my Pilot in for scheduled service. The price I was quoted was the price I paid My advisor Scott was great he told me what was to be done and how long it should take. I was kept up to date and there were no surprises. My car was finished on time and was returned to me clean after the complimentary car wash. Scott thanked me for my business

Angela - the receptionist was very welcoming friendly and fast working! The waiting area was clean and with comfortable armchairs, there were fresh apples for a snack and a nice choice of tea and coffee. I’ve got a video message showing my car with the explanation what’s needed to be done to pass the state inspection. Pricing was reasonable. I would put five stars but I waited for about 2 and half hours there…
