We called Dan on short notice as our Toyota 4 runner would not start. My wife accidentally added 20 gallons of E85 gasoline at the gulf station on the Massachusetts turnpike . So be careful if you are at this station. I guess my vehicle can't run on e85!! My engine would not start after filling. I had to get it towed. I told Dan we would get there around 2:30 pm well we did not arrive until about 4:30. The guys pushed my vehicle into the shop and then told me they have to remove most of the fuel and dispose of it through a company called clean harbor. They told me they closed at 5pm but since we were not from this area I asked Dan if there are any hotels near by. Well as soon as I said that he told me don't worry we will stay late and get this done for you! I was so grateful for this and s

My regular mechanic was busy, so called these guys for a clicking noise I was hearing in the front. Dropped off car before they opened, and got a call from day around noon, saying could not identify cause of front noise, but have noticed rear brakes need replacement. Asked how long it may take as I had to be somewhere by 4PM. It was promised to be ready by 3, no need to call, just show up. Got there at 3 and car still on lift with tires off. repeatedly asked how long it may take and response kept being soon. Did not leave the shop until about 3:45 or so and missed the appointment I needed to get to. Their price was on par with my regular mechanic, but communication definitely was not on par. They could have easily notified me that it will a bit longer, of if not able to do it when i

I have never had such a bad experience with a mechanic before. He was supposed to repair the driveshaft to my car. He had my car for 3 months while he didn’t respond to calls and messages about the status of my car. Then finally calls me @9pm saying my car is done 3months later, and he said my car had a power steering leak that he had corrected. When I go to pick up my car, he turns it on, and it’s making noise from the power steering. He said he must have forgotten to top off the power steering oil. I get in the car and noticed that the VSC light from the drive shaft is still on, and in addition my check engine light, AND my ABS light is on, when they were not on when I brought the car to him. I ask him about it and he insists it’s safe to drive and he will look into the codes. Well, he

My 2009 Audi S5 was leaking oil (from multiple places due to dry rotten seals) and had bag engine mounts, I also needed the front lower control arms replaced. It was a big job, they removed the engine and transmission, replaced all the seals and also the chains with their tensioners (which can cause catastrophic engine failure if they break). It took few weeks to get the car fixed. But they did a very good job, the car now feels brand new. So I want to thank Drew, Robert and Dan for a job well done.
