This place doesn't care if you have a legitimate personal situation that causes you to cancel to buy an rv. They will steal your $1000.00 down payment and refuse to negotiate a refund. Totally no empathy or compassion for seniors. Update: Regarding the response from Chesaco. It would have been a good gestor to offer a refund and/or negotiate the deposit since it was out of our control both our vehicles went in the shop. You said yourself if it's out of your control you will refund. Then why if it's out of our control we get no refund? We have documented proof of our vehicle situation from the repair shop. We were very serious to buy that camper or wouldn't have put the money down in the first place. Hell I even changed over the insurance and everything. It's not like we enjoyed the sit

We just bought a camper from them, Austin and Noah were really helpful and the process went great! Highly recommend, we found the best deal with them and drove 9 hours past hundreds of other dealers. Definitely a good place to buy from!
