If I could give a zero star, I would!!!! The experience from trying to buy a car from Carvana has been horrific to say the least!! The communication from this company is the lack of. I was promised a date for delivery on the 28th. I get an email on the 27th that the car was going to be delayed. No phone call, just an email. I called to find out what is going on Sunday the 28th to get told that the keys were locked in the car. Now, The next delivery date I get is January 10th. I don’t understand how it takes 12 days to get keys out of a car when there are so many options of having locksmith out or better yet, you have the vin and could easily go to gm dealer and have them make a new one. It’s taking them over 5 different delays and promising of my car showing up the next day and I still haven’t seen it!!!! Never buy a car from Carvana especially if it’s being shipped through this facility.

My car was on preorder and updated online as “inspection” for roughly 25 days. It finally updated and was check marked complete for inspection. It was then being reconditioned and detailed for 4 days. It now says “you’ve preordered this vehicle the inspection is next”. As if it was never done. I have called and texted multiple times to Carvana to get clarification and the tracking system is disappointing and frustrating, as in understatement. I understand that preordering takes awhile but it’s very frustrating when you’re not being provided accurate information. They state the average inspection and detailing takes 18 days. It’s been over a month and the communication is vague, poor, and I’m very disappointed in the quality of service so far.

Absolutely the worst location for "Chesterfield Inspection Center." Not only infront of not one, but two neighborhoods, it's located infront of an elementary school. After living here for 26+ years, the road work should have been done prior to the inconvenient location.
