Been going to this place since I moved back to town in 2023. I really like this group because I never feel like I'm being jerked around and if they do recommend an additional service, they've done a great job explaining to me why it should be done. If you're looking for white glove treatment, maybe this isn't your place. But if you want great mechanics who know their stuff and do a solid job, I can't recommend them enough.

Chet is the Best! I grew up in a household of mechanics, we always had hotrods and classics. When I finally found Chet, I felt like I was dealing with the real McCoy. New car or old. This place can handle it. And their staff is great to work with.

I only discovered this wonderful place this past year. Chet was able to detect why the check engine lights were coming on when I had other places try but not fix it. He even explained how he fixed it. They go above and beyond. Their prices are fair and the whole place has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Five stars are not enough!

Chet's Berkeley Auto provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend them! I worked with Chet, Vinny and Alex on my Mustang oil change and inspection, which they were kind and flexible enough to take my car right away and accommodate my schedule. Outstanding service. Chet and his team are hands down the best mechanics within 25 miles. Very honest people. If you've been taken advantage of my mechanics before, (like I have) you will not experience that here. Excellent diagnostic skills - if you have a weird issue you can't solve anywhere else, take it to Chet!
