I accidentally asked Firestone to order a summer tire for my car thinking this was what I needed. Turned out they were MS tires. The store manager, Tom was accommodating, and allowed me to bring the car back, changed the tire to the correct type without charge. What a huge stress reliever. I highly recommend this location. This is my favorite Firestone facility. The staff here is incredibly efficient and always gets the job done promptly. I’ve taken my car in multiple times as a walk-in without any hassle. I’m incredibly grateful for their commitment to keeping my car up-to-date and in good working condition. Firestone in Berkeley Heights is one of the best and fastest reliable Auto Shops I’ve been to in a while. They are honest and very respectful and caring to your needs. They will work with your schedule as well (if you need to wait or drop off vehicle) My family have gotten many tires fixed or replaced from them. And needed a new wheel they ensured the wheel was correct prior to ordering and got it fast, installed and balanced in less than a hour.

I used Firestone to replace my rear tires. After dropping off my car, I received a call confirming the price and was told that the amount would be adjusted with a discount. However, when I went to pick up my car, the person at the front desk was rude and dismissive, saying he didn’t know what I was talking about. I want to be clear that I did not ask for a discount — I was only following up on what I was told by their representative over the phone. In the end, no discount was applied. After leaving, I also noticed that the tire pressure was not set correctly, and the car immediately showed low pressure warnings on the newly installed tires.
