Chevrolet GMC of Quincy

I don’t really quite know how to get started. So I’ll start by saying this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Management was awesome. My sales person Chad was great. Went in to look at a truck. I looked at 4 GMC Canyons from $24k to 34k. Shawn (Salesperson) went out of his way to make sure I got a good variety to look at and test drive. Any questions I had he answered or found out the answers to my questions. He made sure it had an oil change, new tires (the tires on the one I picked were bare), and delivered it to me because the service department couldn't get the work finished until Monday. I felt I got a salesperson who worked with me and gave me a fair price on my trade-in and price for the vehicle I chose. look him up if you go by GMC of Quincy, FL. I would buy from him again. I will start off with the positive and say that our salesman, Ken was fabulous from start to finish. We spoke back and forth for several days before I drove 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. He had everything lined up and ready to go when I got there. I was in and out within 2 hours. Never had that before at any dealership. The reason I am rating 3 stars is due to management. We agreed on weathertec mats and a window button thats missing. He signed the "we owe" and it has been 5 weeks with nothing received. I have been in contact with him weekly and he keeps saying he will send the tracking once he receives it. I reached out today on his personal cell because last time we talked (a week ago)he said "reach out here with anything I need." No response.

Yatesha was great. Very prompt & friendly. The process was smooth and quick as she was very well prepared and did much of the paperwork ahead of our arrival. We even received a call from the manager on the front end of the process which was much appreciated. They were pulling up in our new truck, clean, detailed & full of gas as we pulled in the parking lot.
