Excellent customer service, and speedy service. I had a check engine light on, and they performed a diagnostic and replaced the faulty part. I also had an alignment and oil change completed, and everything was very professional and great service. The service rep, Mateo, was very helpful and even help in getting a courtesy Uber back to my home so I could leave the car overnight. 5 stars, and whenever I need work on my Chevy, this is where I'll go.

This was my first time using the service department. I was getting my first oil change and tire rotation on my new vehicle. Although I was not greeted upon arrival, there were plenty of guys outside to assist me. I checked in and told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. I was told service would take about an hour. (It did not take an hour). When the job was completed, they actually removed all the protective plastic and stuff and there were no “greasy” fingerprints on my vehicle. Check out was easy. I was very pleased with the service provided.

I purchased a new 2025 Silverado Custom on Sunday, August 31st, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My salesperson, Josh Westfall, once again went above and beyond. This is actually the second vehicle I’ve purchased with Josh, and I will absolutely be back to see him for my next one. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet lineup and took the time to make sure I found the exact Silverado that was right for me. this place was amazing we originally went to another one in our local area and they wanted to charge us for triple the amount we went in see a vehicle on. driving 2 hours away to see a vehicle was actually worth it. Justin was amazing he was open and honest about every penny we were going to put down more money but it just didn't add up and he was totally honest with us. when we test drove the car he told me to drive it as if I was driving my own personal vehicle and if somebody don't let you drive on the highway or the way you choose to drive the car to test drive it don't buy it and I couldn't agree more. is supervisor even came over to introduce himself and was a sweetheart as well to be working on a holiday and be understanding and so kind-hearted and patient was amazing we got the tot
