If I could give a Zero stars I would. Where to begin. Where to start off when I purchased the vehicle in Jun 2024. I had taken it to The Elite Auto to get new tires and wheels. The own of Elite informed me that all my shocks were busted. The rear air shocks were busted and the front right shock was seized up to where it wouldn’t even drop down when he had it on the lift so I took it back to Andy mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield and explain to them what Elite Auto had found they did take care of it because it was checked off on the 110 certified inspection that all the shocks were good so they ate that up and fixed it. A few months later something to do with the suspension had a popping noise so I took it in. They wouldn’t fix it because the under body of the chassis was rusted around the area

I've been doing business with Andy Mohr for over five years now and it's nothing like the first time! On my current vehicle I was sold was a "lemon" it was not what I wanted to begin with but I needed transportation right away! They had me under the impression that if I just kept it for a year I would be able to trade it in for a newer and better model vehicle, that wasn't the case at all!! The management and sales representatives gave me the run around for four day's straight only to put my credit score down eleven points with no good results! I would never recommend anyone else to this dealership ever again!! I also offered them a few hundred dollars down with my trade and still was let down! Would have never expected this from them...I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this co

Went for my usual oil/filter change. Went smoothly but takes too long especially when I had an appointment. They need to work on it not taking so long when they only are doing like 3 things.

This place absolutely is the worst chevrolet dealer in Indiana. Customer service is non existent. People who work there are just rude. If I could give negative stars I would. Now the 38th street Andy Mohr is way better and polite and are great at answering questions.

Always friendly, helpful always, always busy which is good. My advisor, brock, is always very helpful. Tries very hard to answer all questions. Would highly recommend.
