I am very satisfied with the service department. They were able to work with us on getting us back on the road. They kept us informed with the progress of the car. It was a major repair and I appreciated the extra help. It feels good to be back behind the wheel. Thank you!!

This will be the last time that pay this dealership for any service work. They have trended in a very negative direction. The work is good. The customer care representatives do not advocate for their customers. The technicians inspect and find "potential" problems or they print out a mileage list and assume the work needs to be done and THAT THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS. This recent example and the one straw that broke the camel's back - I brought my truck in for an identified $2400 worth of service. Got a call the following business day that they had identified an additional $1000 of work. No triage on their part - just "here it is". But, "I found you a $30 coupon for your battery". Enough. Like I said, this has been a trend and it ends with this latest service call.

Ralph was awesome, My radiator had a leak and he was able to help find alternate options to pay. He kept me updated on the process. Levally has been great on all 3 of my cars

Had a check engine light on my 2023 Silverado. Shaun M got my truck in for diagnostic and found a faulty sensor. Sensor was ordered and Shaun let me know and was transparent about it taking a few days to get the part. Work was done under warranty and check engine light is off. I will be using LeValley for my service moving forward.

The workers were friendly and professional. They were INCREDIBLY thorough, and kept in touch every step of the process. They were amazing at describing the problem with my car so I could understand, also providing photos. I've never been to such a detailed, professional, and friendly servicer before, and I will be going back. I feel 100% comfortable bringing my car to them and you should too.
