I received the first oil change since I purchased my traverse in August and I thought I would have to replace air filters and was expecting a huge price because its a suv and the size, my representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my experience. The wait room was nice and stocked with goodies and plenty of charging stations I didn’t mind waiting although I didn’t wait long and the price was cheaper than Walmart which was shocking but appreciated. And I received a free car wash. I’m a happy customer with my overall Chevrolet experience so far

The process to set up an appointment that works around my schedule was very easy. My adviser Jordan, was very helpful and kept me updated with my oil change. I have another appointment for an automatic starter to be installed on friday and he helped me get to the right person to answer my questions before I set up the appointment. I was then able to get a quick appointment to have it installed.

I was without my car for over two months, the communication was less than satisfactory, and when I got my car back my radio does not work. There was no offer of a loaner car, and no real concern for the inconvenience. I will likely never return to this dealership for any reason. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and feedback I received.

Staff was efficient and updated me timely viith text messaging when my vehicle was ready also easy check out great job!
