the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and listened to what issues to look into with my newly purchased truck and fixed them. from purchasing to having it serviced and then getting it detailed the whole experience with everyone was very friendly. I will recommend Jay Hatfield in Columbus to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Wife was stuck in Columbus with a flat and no where to get air. Service department got her in and the tire patched quickly and at a fair price. 10/10 fully recommend!!
Very knowledgeable staff. Treated me fairly and was very informative on my a/c. I didnt feel like I was being jerked around. Pleasant experience.
