I was locked out of my vehicle and tried using another local company, but they never showed up and could not provide me any idea of when the driver might show up. I recently purchased a vehicle from this towing company, the owner told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car besides the visible cosmetic damage and a “worn out strut” the vehicle died leaving the DMV the next day, I replaced the battery and alternator, was called by the shop and was told the passenger strut mount was destroyed and was unsafe to drive, had it all replaced, drove it to work and it didn’t even make it there. Soon as we pull in he starts treating us like we are criminals and all we was doing was picking up a car for someone he doesn't know us from Adam and if you own a company like his he shouldn't be threatening customers
