Sales staff was great! They let me take my time driving the truck from Columbus to Parsons to show my family. When I got back we rolled up our sleeves and went to work. I felt I received a fair deal for my Tacoma and purchased a full size truck.

Absolutely amazing experience all around! My fiance and I went up there for a car. They treated us so damn good it was incredible. Hunter, Justin and Josh were very personable, polite and didn't talk to us like we were stupid or less than anyone (this was our first experience buying a car from a dealership and had virtually little idea what we were doing) I recommend anyone to this place! Received bad gas from a gas station which caused my vehicle to be inoperable. Jay Hatfield got us in right away, referred us to a great tow service and took excellent care of us. Brian in the service department was wonderful and stayed in constant contact with updates as well as coordinating with my insurance adjuster. We will most definitely use them in the future for all our auto needs.

Every time I walk into the service dept I’m Greeted warmly, like a friend. Everyone is respectful, courteous and professional. I forgot to mention my extended warranty that covers part of the service charges, but Brian politely offered to call the next day and get the information then notified me of the new balance. I’m proud and pleased to be their customer.
