Chevrolet Service

My service was not bad however, time was a big factor today. My appointment was for 11am and my car was ready a few minutes before 2pm. This was for oil change and tire rotation w/1 tire plug. I have never experienced this before. It would have been beneficial to be told that there's was a delay in servicing my car. Communication is key with customer service!

Had appointment at 0845. Showed up at 830. Employee wagged their finger at me and pointed for me to leave. I started to roll down my window to ask what's going on but they just walked away. I do not recommend making an appointment online.

I went in because my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, the vents were making a grinding sound, one of the tire pressure sensors had died, and the windows had stopped rolling down. The service was unbelievably slow. They cracked my dashboard and refused to replace it. They pretended that the grinding sound is normal and wouldn't even look at the blower motor. The tire pressure sensor they installed was defective and had to be replaced again. The windows stopped working again the next day because the switch was poorly installed. Now, not even a month later, the windows have once again stopped working, and this time the cruise control died with them. These people have no idea what they're doing.

So far service department is doing a excellent job, first time here.
