I took it there for a factory recall. I informed the service writer that the Rancho shock on the rear driver's side was leaking fluid. He said the mechanic checked it out, and it was not leaking. He must not know what he's looking at, because it is clearly leaking. If you run your finger along the tube it's obvious. They shouldn't assume that everyone just drives a vehicle and isn't knowledgeable about it.

Great experience, everyone was very professional. They were fast and explained to me exactly what was going on. I have no concerns or issues, and I do not know how the servers could be any better than it was.

I really appreciate the individual care that they give to you, even for something as simple as an oil change, they do show that they care about your vehicle. I have a diesel truck, and I’ve been to them a few times now for oil changes and other work, very fair priced and timely at doing their work.

Went in for an oil change and for them to check out my trailer lights. Ended up having my vehicle all day. Called once to say they couldn’t figure out the trailer lights. When I said I needed my vehicle, they told me they would call me back to come get it, never called me back. I ended up calling back to try to come pick my vehicle up and was told the service department was closed and I would have to get my vehicle the next day. I guess they were going to keep my vehicle overnight without telling me, for no reason. Spent an hour trying to find someone to talk to about how to get my vehicle, finally someone said if I had spare keys I could come get it. Went in the next day and they didn’t seem to be interested in making it right and had no good reason for the awful communication. Every time
