I received a loaner vehicle from A & W Auto, and unfortunately, it turned out to have a terrible battery. After everything had closed for the night, I was stuck alone at work around 7 PM with no one nearby and a car that refused to start. Having no other options after calling everyone I knew, I reached out to Reliable Recovery, and they responded incredibly fast. They got the car up and running, and I let it idle for about 30 minutes just to be safe. A couple of hours later, when it was time to head home, the same thing happened again, the loaner was completely dead. Out plowing on 12/28/25 during the winter storm our truck got stuck in a driveway unable to go in reverse. Our truck ended up losing power and wouldn’t go over 10mph. The other towing places couldn’t help us. Reliable recovery went above & beyond to help us. Pulled us out, and even plowed an area for us to park at the dealership in these weather conditions.
Dave and his team at Reliable Recovery had to lift my Honda CRV off of another car. I was involved in an accident where another driver hit me as I was traveling on 169 south my car became air born and landed on a light post and another vehicle. Dave was also very helpful and so easy to talk to as my daughter traveled to New Prague to gather our belongings and take pictures. Thank you Dave!!!!
They came and picked up my car off the side of the road and delivered it to my house, the driver was an artist with the flatbed and put the car exactly where I needed it to be, and this was a car that only had 3 wheels on it. Their years of experience definitely shows, highly recommended.
I had a 1967 collector car that broke down. The driver showed up and was extremely careful and professional on both loading and getting the car to the service shop. I would highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs
