Chevron Extra Mile – G&M

Pulled into this Chevron at 12:01 AM for gas. My car was the only one in the lot. The clerk was in the middle of a shift change, so all pumps were off. I politely asked the woman outside if they were closed or if I could still get gas. She said, “Give me just a minute.” No problem — I went back to my car and waited. A couple minutes later, the pumps came on. I tried to use tap-to-pay at the pump, but it wasn’t working. I went inside to let her know, and she gave me a strange look, as if I should have somehow known it was broken. Instead of simply enabling the pump, she asked how much I wanted to put in — but I just wanted to fill my tank, not guess a number. I prepaid $35, went back outside, and filled up. Still the only customer there, I spent the next eight minutes tossing a couple of

Lets go on break while a customer is actively walking to the door to pay for gas. Zero customer service skills go elsewhere

My favorite gas station- of course because it's Chevron- the best gas for my car. This location is right on the corner of Greenfield & Old Hwy 80, very conveniently located. I also appreciate that it's clean, the pumps are very clean & well maintained. I always clean my windshield & car windows and the windshield cleaner is always clean & with new cleaner solution in it, that's very much appreciated! Inside their store is clean and organized as well. Definitely my go to gas station.

Late night cashier on 10/29/2024 was rude, short, and dismissive. Gas station is otherwise fine and clean, but employee experience was subpar.

Have a suburban that take E85 this gas station has it. Always clean has restrooms to use. Regular gas is a little expansion gas station across the street is cheaper by about .20 cents a gallon. I only come here for the E85
