EXCELLENT service & pricing! I contacted Chieffalo's via their website late one night after hours, and the owner responded within minutes. He gave pricing over the phone for new brakes (rotors & pads) and we set up the appt all via txt messages. Dropped off my SUV this morning, they tested the brakes, installed all new rotors and pads, tested tires (3 of 4 off balance), rebalanced the tires, and I picked it up the same day! All for significantly less (and quicker/easier) than the dealership. I'm a customer for life!

We've been taking our vehicles to Chieffalo's for years and we cannot say enough great things about Sam and his team. They are fair, honest, and incredibly reliable. Every time we’ve needed service, Sam has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. Great work and a great price but awful customer service. Tried to charge me for an alignment with new tires (that I never asked for) even though I got an alignment very recently at a different shop, tried to calmly explain that I never said anything about an alignment but got accused of lying and got a lot of attitude from the owner and a mechanic. Came in one time prior for my dad and he got cut off multiple times when speaking and owner sounded annoyed for no reason at all when my dad was only explaining what he wanted fixed with his car. Got the refund I deserved, and again great work and at a very good price, but staff does not know how to talk to people at all and the lack of respect prevents me from coming back.

I only take my vehicles to Chieffalos. I get treated like family there! He always calls with very clear repair recommendations, and how much the repairs will cost! His lead mechanic has kept my truck running tip-top since 2019! I love this place!

I've serviced several of our vehicles at Chieffalo's, from minor things to major suspension work, and have always been happy with the service, time frame, prices, and most of all, the communication. Sam and his staff have always let us know what is going on, and when the vehicle may need something more, he's honest and upfront, but more importantly, when something is minor, the staff doesn't try to upsell you for services you don't need. If I could give them 10 stars I would, and I'll continue to bring our cars here because of that.
