Southpark Square is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is friendly,helpful,and welcoming. Mindy the manager is amazing. Her door is always welcome and she truly cares about the residents. Ty is a great maintenance man. He is quick to respond to any maintenance issues and takes pride in his job. I appreciate all the hard work that Mindy and Ty do to keep this a clean safe place to live.

My mom lives here at Southpark Square Senior Apartments and we are both so happy with this choice! Total independence and community at the same time. Mindy, the manager, sets the most positive and welcoming tone. She’s excellent at her job! Mom’s apartment is spacious and modern. The rent is reasonable, especially considering it’s all inclusive. Everything is well maintained. There are a variety of activities as well. I highly recommend Southpark Square Senior Apartments!

Review posted. Copy for your cognizance. I just celebrated my one year anniversary here at Southpark Pointe Senior Apartments. A relative suggested I consider living here and they were so right! As soon as I walked through with Mindy, I was very excited. My apartment is a one bedroom, thats very spacious. I can enter through my front door, or my patio door. The patio entrance is so convenient for unloading groceries, and also for having my groceries delivered. Spectrum internet, wi-fi and cable is INCLUDED with your rent, along with ALL your utilities. Very high rent increases. My experience was 12-13%. If you or your loved one are financially stable and prepared, you will be fine, as it is clean, and in a convenient location. Lots of traffic, very congested area, but all you need is within walking distance. It's a bit tricky to enter, as you can't turn left into the parking lot. The leasing agent, Mindy treated the residents with warmth and kindness and she really did make them feel at home. She's great. There are no garages, but plenty of parking spots, most are in the back. There are no security cameras in the front nor back parking areas. My experience with Southpoint Apartments has exceeded my mothers expectations to live a most appropriate life at 90 years old... There is a yearly rent increase. Please know that before making a decision to match your income.. she had a stunning birthday party in the community room I absolutely have much appreciation for Mindy, the building manager, and the awesome team that keeps the building clean and beautiful (4 ☆)
