5 stars, and an additional 5 stars for this place. i was in a desperate search for some new tires for the ohio weather and didn’t know where to start. this place helped me start to finish with scheduling the appointment, recommending tires, etc. deb was very kind on the phone and answered any questions i had. Dan also called me the next day to recommend a much better brand of tires, which i agreed to do. the difference in the new ones are amazing and i feel much more secure. the process was quick and there were no damages to my car. they did my alignment as well. i also had an issue with my cabin air filter that i failed to mention but Dan fixed it for me so the loud vibrating noise stopped (i put the air filter in wrong lol) i’m not handy with cars but they pointed out some things i didn’

Came here for a PPI on short notice. Dan was extremely nice and very informative. Did everything I could think would be necessary for a PPI, plus more. He had one of his coworkers there scan the car for codes, and found a bunch of past saved electrical fault codes on the car I was looking at. He likely saved me thousands of dollars and dozens of headaches. Amazing place to go to. Highly recommend.

Came in for an emergency tire repair was accommodated at that moment. Which I was very grateful for. The manager was awesome. Was able to honor my Tire warranty from another Mr Tire store, without any difficulty. Thank you for making my day easy! I’m a repeat customer across many vehicles I previously owned.

Woke with a flat tire on my car parked in my garage. After calling around the area and told at one place I’d have to wait three days to get an appointment, I called Mr. Tire in Strongsville. They were able to get me in immediately and after an hour, my tire was repaired and I was on my way. Dan was in extremely helpful and friendly and true to his word, it took less than an hour, even though he had other cars being worked on. Not only do they deal with tires, but they are a full service automotive repair shop. I highly recommend Mr Tire in Strongsville. Thanks Dan!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. The front desk employee—Dan—was condescending, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. His attitude made it feel like he was daring me to leave a bad review, so here it is. Dan came across as poorly motivated and untrustworthy—definitely not someone most people would want to associate with, let alone rely on for service. He was dismissive of basic questions and made customer concerns feel like a burden. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete failure of professionalism. The product they sell—tires and basic auto services—can be purchased anywhere. What sets a shop apart is how they treat people.
