Chilton Auto Body Santa Rosa

This was my first experience with CARSTAR-SANTA ROSA getting my car fixed after an accident. I have been to several body shops and I have never experienced the customer service they offer. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly and communicated efficiently as the process progressed. The body work was flawless and they detailed my BMW beautifully. They offered a location drop off and even picked up my rental car from my home in Sonoma. The service was beyond what I expected. I’m very satisfied with this company and I’d recommend their services time and time again.

I had a great experience with CARSTAR, they had to replace/ repair all body panels on the right side of my truck. They had great communication with we’re they were at during the process and finished everything before the projected day, and it looks like a brand new truck.

These guys are great, friendly and honest. Took them my Infiniti Q50S after another shop tried to make repairs. They did some extra work i requested and it came out great. I tell everyone that needs a body shop to go here.

My brand new car was hit from the back and took it in with them on a Monday and was finished by Thursday morning. Looks brand new again. Like nothing happened. Really great customer service and kept me up to date every step of the way per texts updates and emails til my car was ready for pick up. Working with Victoria and the other gentleman working in the reception area was fantastic. Everything was very smooth and easy to set up and get the work done. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean inside and out. I hope to not need an auto body repair shop again soon but I would 100% recommend Chilton Auto Body in Santa Rosa, CA. THANK YOU!
