First time customer with Choice Collision due to front end collision with a deer 🦌. The front passenger fender was also damaged and pushed into passenger door, which would no longer open. Choice Collision not only repaired the damages within a reasonable time frame, in fact sooner than I expected, working with my insurance for a seamless process, they also delivered on quality service and excellent customer experience and communication. When you expect your vehicle to be returned better than when you dropped it off for repairs, I would say Choice Collision exceeded my expectations and also detailed the interior of my car. Both reps in Fall River and Providence made the process easy. They handled all the paperwork, dealt with two insurance companies and gave us a reasonable price on out-of-pocket repairs. We dropped the car off and picked it up in Fall River, a very convenient location for us, while repairs were done in Providence. All repairs were perfect. My car is beautiful again. They even cleaned the inside and gave me a touch-up paint kit. I am very impressed with their service and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company.

My family has used Choice Collision Center on two different occasions now. My son was recently in a car accident and had significant damage to his car. Having used Choice before, we chose them again. I picked up his car this afternoon and it looks (and runs) great! Plus we were quoted minimum of 2 weeks and I was back in just a little over a weeks.
