Really questionable business. Took in my car with and got a list back of needed repairs. The only thing was, this repairs suggested had just been done. I was taking it in for a second opinion. Was told my breaks were dangerously worn and calipers needed replacing despite being only 1 month old. Was told my air filter was filthy, despite having been replaced 2 weeks prior. Work I KNEW wasn’t needed was recommended and the actual problem was never identified. Was given a quote for work which was about 50% higher than other shops around. So it’s not the worst place out there, but the standard problems you see with all garages.

An actual honest place to get anything fixed with your car. The customer service is better than any dealership or vendor I have used. I have brought my car to Chris' over the past few years and they have always been upfront with costs, never try to sell me anything I don't need, and they have a very cute dog too! I spoke to an employee who works there and I asked, what the culture was like. He said "Chris' really take care of their employees." He said they were very good people and enjoyed working there. I highly recommend you give them a chance if you ever need anything. THANK YOU!

I’ve used Chris’s auto for the last 15 years for 4 of my cars.They are one of the few auto services that don’t try to sell you service you don’t need. I can always trust them to give me an accurate and honest assessment of what my cars need. I called my Toyota dealer recently to inquire about when to flush my 2018 Toyota’s coolant system and was told every 30,000 miles or 2 years. I checked my users manual which stated every 100,000 or 120 months. I asked how much to just eyeball it and see if it looked like it needed it and was told $150 I went to Chris’s got my overflow reservoir topped off, reassured I won’t need to flush till 100,000 miles and they didn’t even charge me. You can’t find people like them these days! Cliff L

Awesome service, brought my car there on a Wednesday and needed it back by Thursday. Somebody stayed overtime to ensure I would have my car back. They called me with updates multiple times which was very appreciated. 100% recommend.
