We had 2 tires replaced in November. Allyssa could not have been more efficient, friendly and honest. She efficiently ordered an additional tire which we ended up needing after inspection. We were able to have our vehicle serviced same day so that we could return to WI as scheduled. You came highly recommended and now we know why!
Shout out to Sullivan tires. Im an out of town guy, went to Hogan tires first by mistake. They were trying to charge me 46$ for swapping a tire for a spare?!?! Plus super rude service. Once I took my business to SULLIVAN TIRES wow it was day and night service compared to hogan. Teresa & Elle at the counter were amazing they welcomed me with open arms, offered me coffee, water, hot chocolate. Please if you ever find yourself in a bit of a pickle I definitely recommend Sullivan 5 star service.

Teresa was fantastic, friendly, and a very good representative for Sullivan Tire. To the techs who worked diligently to swiftly complete the job, a special thanks for your expert skill. Thank you too, to the warehouse and driver for the special delivery! I'll definitely go back for additional work when time and budget allow! I can recommend them without hesitation.
Horrible place… Took my Tesla to get new tires and they absolutely damaged all the wheels. To make matters worse they had all the wheels covered with some white glue to hide the marks on the wheels. They told me they did not have enough time to clean it and I should take it to a car wash. Once I washed the car and wheels I discovered the damage !
They found the nail and patched my tire in record time! Great experience all around. Everyone was very professional, friendly and welcoming. Sullivan Tire in Medway is now my goto place for tires and service. I also got a kick out of the jars at the checkout stations filled with things they've pulled out of tires! Nice touch!
