I had a great experience at Neighborhood Wrench! Zach & Doug were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I came in for an oil change the first time and came back the next week for a detail of my car by Zach. It looks and feels brand new all over again! Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top-notch service and great customer care.

My husband's car broke down while at work tonight and we live almost 1 hour away. I found this shop on Google and told my husband to give them a call. I'm so glad and thankful he did. He was able to drop his car off right away and they loaned him a car for the night so he could make it all the way home. Best part is they called at 5 and said the car was already done. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND FAST WORK. Very thankful that they have loaner cars so my husband could make it home . Definitely would recommend for ANYONE . Thank you !!!!

I love this place! I won’t take my Corolla anywhere else. I bought my car a year ago and I’ve only taken it here for a few oil changes, but these guys are fantastic and knowledgeable. The inside has a cozy waiting area, and I get professional and friendly service every time. Amazing! Just wanted to update my review to just sing my praises some more. During a routine oil change, they noticed my rear brakes were very worn and needed replacing ASAP so they were able to do it during the same appointment. I appreciate their thoroughness and noticing safety items like that. These guys are great!

This was my first time here and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and value that Neighborhood Wrench offers! I brought my Fiat 500 in for new rear brakes and rotors. Rick and his team did a great job and the cost was very fair. They even have loaner cars which is a huge help. I'm looking forward to having future service needs taken care of here. Update April 2021 - Just brought my wife's Tiguan in for brake service and once again experienced nothing but great service from neighborhood wrench! What I love most is the clear and easy communication that Rick offers, from booking the appointment to getting an update on what work needs to be done. This shop is organized and professional. Doug and Rick are doing it right. I was recently looking for a new mechanic had some work done on two of my trucks at Neighborhood Wrench. They fit me right in, communicated and explained issues and recommended the right repairs and what I could hold off on if I wanted to. They even had a small delay and took some $ off the estimate they gave me. The service, communication, and professionalism is great - found my new local mechanic shop! Dan
