I can’t believe what happened to us at This location. We had been coming for a year or two . My husband banged into a curb for our first snow fall in December . Our tread was much lower than we realized so we got 4 new tires and then dropped our car off at Christian Brothers for an alignment . I told them that my husband banged into a curb and apparently that made them see money signs. .a few hours later I get a call and estimate for $4500!!!! Yes $4500 .. they said we basically needed to completely re-do our front end and get this they weren’t able to do the alignment until we bought new parts . We thought this was strange so we picked car up and brought it to Les Schwab down the block for a second opinion. Les Schwab calls us a few hours later and says ‘ alignment is finished and it will

As stated in previous review, my husband and I asked for an ALIGNMENT. no one ever said our steering wheel needed to be adjusted. I am glad Vince found someway to disprove what happened here. Exactly why we didnt bother pursuing this further. No fault, no ownership. Just some side step to deflect what really happened. Just more frustration and anger from yet another experience with Christian Brothers. People , be careful. They will do it to you also. Our alignment is perfect now. Our wheel is perfect now. There are no issues with our car since Les Schwaab fixed it. Christian Brothers are liars and when exposed they use the line, "but not everyone is as great as us. So they didnt see what we saw." Ok, thats cute guys.

CBA is the only shop I trust outside of a personal friend that is a mechanic. The staff is always warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and HONEST about your car troubles. They don’t try and over sell or up sell you on anything, great group of guys, easy to talk to and the customer lounge area is top shelf and that’s hard to beat! Both my wife and I are customers for life.

I am not one to write a bad review but I when have an appointment at 8am to have have an oil change, have my brakes and belt looked at and at 3pm nothing has been done to my car that is where I draw the line. When I called to schedule my appointment they asked if I could drop off my car at 8am so they could start working on it. I stressed that I needed my car done by 2pm as we were down one car. I dropped my car off the night before so it when was there when they opened. Day of appointment, throughout the morning I had received estimates for approval on what work my car needed done. I accepted when I wanted done and decline on what I was going to wait on for a later time. When I arrived to the shop a little after 2pm, I was told my car was not completed that they had just received a filter

For the past several years, I've always taken my car here for everything and would have highly recommended it. Saldy, they've gone the same way as the dealership auto shops in charging a luxury fee for a bare minimum service. The whole point of bringing your car to a service place lik this was for the extra service you got. Gone are the checks on the car and the topping off of liquids so why should people pay double the price for the same service they can get at places like Jiffy Lube with the addition of it taking significantly longer as well? I understand times are tough for everyone but they are tough for EVERYONE including their customers. Very disappointed that they went along with the tide and significantly devalued their service.
