I will say that this was hands-down, the easiest and smoothest process I've ever had at an auto shop in my life. Everybody that works at this location is super nice and very clear with communication and detailed with the inspection work that was done. Prices were fair turnaround times were fast and they even gave me a ride. Thank you guys for the service on my Mazda CX 30. I will be coming back for all of my automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Had to get both my catalytic converters replaced on my Ford F-150 pickup truck. Quoted $5,500+ from the local Ford dealer and Repairpal estimated it to be $3,800+ for nearby repair shops. Reached out to CBA Ducktown via Repairpal to get an estimate, and they replied to me in less than an hour with a fully itemized estimate of $2,033, with parts for both catalytic converters, labor, taxes, fees, etc. ALL included. I actually couldn't believe how cheap they were quoting me. I easily scheduled an appointment, and they had the repair completed all in a single day. They even provided a complimentary/free (and very quick) shuttle to and from my home, which is 11+ miles away, so I didn't have to wait around the shop all day.
