I hate to write a negative review, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others can avoid similar issues. My situation occurred at the Hampton Cove location, which shares ownership with CBA - South Huntsville. I had my truck towed in for a no-crank condition and paid $731 for an 'advanced' diagnostic on my F-150. At this price, I expected a thorough and accurate assessment. Instead, I was told my PCM was completely dead, and I also needed a new valve body. The quote was $5,288—much higher than I anticipated. For comparison, the Ford dealership quoted the same job at $3,500, so CBA's price was $1,700 more fo

Fenominal business! First took our Sienna there for driveshaft replacement. Great experience! Super professional, reasonable price but totally would pay them again. Second time had issues with my GMC Sierra transmission. They resolved it at the time but issue returned shortly after. They dealt with the "come back" in a very professional and timely manner. I figured I would give them a chance to correct it. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you respond afterwords it what will define you! Not only did they correct issue, they felt their service was not up to par and made it right. Will definitely take my vehicles there in future. Can not recommend them enough!

I had an excellent experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Hampton Cove, AL working on my 2017 Ram 1500. I brought it in for a loud ticking noise at startup coming from the left-side of my engine and an issue with the truck constantly pulling to the right. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront from start to finish.
