Walmart Auto Care Center

Although my car didn’t get serviced, I want to give a shout out to a technician. I was doing some shopping in Walmart with my infant and when we got back to my car, it wouldn’t start. I called Walmart automotive to see if they had a solution. JJ, a technician, came out to my car to give me a jump start. He made my baby smile by doing a silly voice, and JJ said that was the highlight of his day. We were able to get my car started after a few attempts! We need more people in the world like JJ; willing to help, and save the day from melted ice cream and assist a stranded mother and child in the parking lot. I hope JJ gets the recognition he deserves as a devoted employee and awesome person. Thank you sir. You made my day!

IF I could do a negative 0, I would. As a woman that knows little about cars, I do know that when I get an oil change on Friday it shouldn’t say Sunday I need an oil change. Settings weren’t reset, AND they put in the system the wrong mileage for my next oil change. MEVER AGAIN THAT LOCATION.

This location used to be great about getting you in and out, but I don’t know what happened. Came here for a simple oil change. I waited an hour and a half with no alerts about my car being done. I went back there to find it STILL sitting there with the hood up and nobody near it. My car was the only one left in the shop at that point. When the attendant saw that I was back checking up on it, he did the oil change in about ten minutes while I stood there watching through the window. Almost two hours total for a 10-15 minute job, and I was late for an important event on top of that. Unbelievable.

I recommend walmart tire and oil shop! I punctured a tire while driving, another workshop didn't even see the tire and refused to fill me up to try to trick me into buying a new one, guys. They repaired Walmart as best as they could and I must commend them for their very professional repairs and not charging unnecessary costs! keep going! Unfortunately, there are too many people in the queue, but you can see that they have a lot of work and trust! I recommend !

I love Walmart's warranty regarding batteries, and they do have good batteries. I have also used them for oil changes which are reasonably priced. The workers here are friendly, and I've never had any issues at this location. They've always performed quality work. The wait times here have usually been reasonable as well
